Return Instructions
Please submit your return request to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Otherwise, it may not be accepted.
(Attach a photo of the product you received and include the product code, order number, and reason for return.)
A customer service representative will contact you via email to assist you.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and any packaging.
Please be sure to include your order number, name, and Gmail.

We will only accept returns if you agree otherwise. We do not accept returns without prior consent.
*Defective/incorrect items must also be returned with tags intact.
Items must be shipped in unopened condition.
Return shipping costs for incorrect orders will be paid or refunded.
Once the returned product passes our inspection, we will issue a refund.
